I want to get a Botkier Bianca handbag from them but I'm not sure how their customer service is and how their return policy is.

I have never purchased a bag from them but I have visited their stores in Bronxville and Chappaqua. The sale associates were always very nice. They would let me take my time browsing. Their return policy when I asked a while ago was credit only. I don't know if that has changed.
