It is time to plan my annual trip YAAAY!! I & DH are thinking of spending Xmas & New Years in the US. We are thinking of either NY & Florida (Miami&Orlando) or NY & Las Vegas. What combination you think is best, given that we were in Las Vegas last Oct?

I also have couple questions on NY & Florida. How many days should be enough in both states? And should we do Xmas period in Florida then new years in NY or the other way around? Plus what’s the weather like in Dec in NY & Florida?

Thank you all!

NYC in December tends to be really cold and snowy. This past winter was really mild and the previous winter we had unprecedented snowstorms. Plan on it being freezing. I love NYC during the holidays because the city is breathtakingly beautiful and there is so much to do. Beware it is also really crowded especially the week from Christmas to NYE. I think you need at least 5 days to really enjoy the major sites, museums, restaurants and shopping.
