Default Where to go on vacation in NOVEMBER!
Hi Everyone!!

So I have a scheduled vacation in November, and am looking to travel somewhere in the continental US for a couple of days to relax! Any suggestions? I am looking for places with lots of GOOD FOOD, SHOPPING, and lots of city sights (not a big fan of the Grand Canyon, for example).

For reference, I'm from Southern California, but grew up in Vegas (so neither of those), and have been to NYC, Boston, Philly, and DC too many times in the past couple of years to make them exciting anymore. Also lived in Chicago for a couple of years.

Thanks! :) :)

I second New Orleans - love this city!

Have you been to San Francisco? If you haven't been there, that would be my #1 choice. :)

You could also try Portland and Seattle.

mmm... have you consider peru? It can actually be a lot cheaper than traveling inside the us.

two years ago I went with a low budget and spent a week in cuzco and I even hire a peru tour over there.

Good Luck!!
