Sounds shady.. my initial thought was that they are cast members and can let guests in for free a couple of times a year, but then why would they want their tickets back?

I wouldn't trust this...

Disney World's turnstyles scan your fingerprints before you're allowed into the park. So, if you try to enter w/someone else's ticket they will catch you. Don't buy tickets off of ebay or wherever to save a few bucks. It'll cost you more in the long run.

We used to live in Florida and have gone to WDW at every possible time in the year and I have to agree with you, it has been packed every time we have gone in the past two years...

Well, I'm technically going in January, but I figured I'd bring back this thread so as to not clutter with yet another Disney thread.

My family and I are planning to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Has anyone else done this?! So excited! I haven't been since early 2000s. There will be four of us - anyone know of any good discounts or rates? We'll be staying for 2-3 days only, so we'd probably make it to 2, possibly 3 parks.

Carousel: If you have a Disney Rewards visa you can save 40% using the code OIZ until 11/31/09.

I just booked my trip....early February for 4 days and we're staying at the Polynesian. We used the 40% off code :-) We're also going during the week, so hopefully the crowds won't be too bad!

^^^^if you check out the DIS forums they have some tips for trying to get a Disney pin code that is good for 40% off. I would definitely check out that website!

My parents just booked us at the Animal Kingdom Lodge with a savannah view!!!! So excited! I haven't been since 2000, and it's just around my birthday as well, so it'll make it that much more special!

Well first go to their website. Do you know what lodge/resort and price range you want? if so, look at the website or call the reservations line.
There are soo many resources..website, forums, books. I did all of them. I even took a book into the parks that i bought, it had all the lowdown on food, rides, shows and much more. It was a great asset. Good Luck. If you need anymore help let me know. I am the one who planned this past week.
