Default San Francisco trip info?

I'm going to San Fran on Wednesday. Does anyone have any recommendations about sales in the area? I'll be stopping by NM and some other stores in Union Square. Is there a Herve Leger sale right now?

It seems like most stores in Union Square as well as boutiques in the Marina (on Chestnut), Fillmore, and Hayes Valley are having sales. I'm sure you will find lots of good deals no matter where you go.

Union Square and surrounding areas have great shopping! NM, Barney's, Saks, a nice/big Macy's on/around Union Square, Bloomingdale's in Westfield Shopping Center on Market and Nordstrom in the SF Shopping Centre also on Market, plus lots of boutiques and smaller shops.

But please don't call it San Fran!!! eeks! It's like fingernails on a chalkboard to locals! It's San Francisco.....

Have fun!

Sorry, I picked it up "San Fran" from my fiance, who's a local! I hate the term "Nor Cal" but he says that one, too. "Hella" is on my annoying list, as well as "wicked" (that's a northeast term). He says "hella" to push my buttons! hahaha
