Question Packing Make-up & jewelry

These questions might sound silly but I really can't find the anwers!!! Is it still OK to bring makeup in your purse/on a carry-on when flying? I've been researching online and all I can find are the liquid restrictions. My liquid foundation is in a glass bottle, it would have to go in my checked luggage, right? The last couple times Ive flown I've just checked all the cosmetics because I didnt want to deal with it but now I'm curious!

I'm taking about 10 necklaces, tons of earrings and bracelets and although i have a few travel organizers none of them fit pieces I have how I want them to. Right now I have each necklace in a small clear zip bag (the kind for craft items/beads) and all the little bags in a large ziplock. Does that sound OK to have in my carry on?

I always put jewelry in my carry on. That should be fine. Your liquid foundation would have to be checked if it exceeds the allowance for carryon. None of mine exceeded, not sure how big a bottle/tube you have but I think the allowance is 3 ounces.

Jewelry doesn't matter and I think the whole liquid thing is much stricter on international flights (esp. to the UK). Check your airline so what they allow. Sometimes the people checking your baggage don't care either.

Definitely don't check your jewelry, carry it on. Your bag system sounds easy enough to fit in a carry on.

In the US, all liquids and gels 3 ounces and under are allowed as carry-ons if they are all put into one quart ziploc baggie.

So for things like power foundation, eye shadow, etc. they are fine to be carried on without having to be put into the ziploc baggie.

Any liquid cannot be over than 3 onz.
You can take any type of powder on rub on deoderant etc.

You can take any type of jewelry you want.

Yeah, just stick the foundation in a ziploc bag and take it out of your carry-on when you go through security.
