Close call..
but I'd go with Koi. Great food, nice atmosphere. Nobu can get crowded and noisey. I've eaten there twice and felt cramped, and couldn't hear my friends.. Have fun..

Try yelp.com! You'll get tons of great reviews from people who've eaten at the restaurants you're looking at.

I've never been to Nobu, but I love the Koi in NYC! I had never had raw meat before this [always had veggie rolls], and my world got turned upside down after eating there. Haha. The crispy rice with spicy tuna is my favorite. I'm so hungry now, lol.

Both are good. I like Nobu though- planning on making another visit to the Nobu in Hong Kong in 3 weeks time!
