I am leaving for Florida in a few days. We'll start visiting Orlando, then drive all the way down to Key West and finish in Miami.
I was checking the weather report and it seems so bad!!!
Is it that bad? Is it raining non-stop? How long do the showers/storms last?
What should I wear? Are shorts and t-shirts not appropriate?
Please help!! I'm stressing out as this is our honeymoon and I hope we can enjoy it...

What weather channel have you been reading? I'm in Miami and it's been 90 degrees every single freaking day. There have been the occasional pop up showers, but none in my neighborhood.
It doesn't rain non-stop here....it's sunny season and we just get occasional localized pop-up showers (literally, it will be raining on one block and not on the next one over).
It's really hot here right now...above normal. I highly recommend shorts, t-shirts/tank tops, flip flops. Maybe bring a very light sweater for nighttime (it might go down as low as mid 70s at night next week).
Oh, and it's a couple degrees hotter in Key West :-)

I checked the weather forecast on weather.com...

I'm in Belgium and here, when they say it will rain, it rains non-stop for the whole day!! So I was scared that it would be the same... I feel better now, thanks!

Im in Tampa and its been HOT and clear for the most part.. Always in FL you can get rain but it usually doesnt last long at all and then its sunny again.. Shorts and T-shirt is perfect! Have Fun!

Yea, weather.com will say rain even if it's only a small chance of rain! But yea, you have nothing to worry about. It's hot, hot, hot...and humid! You'll love it! Maybe bring an umbrella just in case of pop up showers, but they should be minimal now that it's dry season.

Also do not sweat not bringing the right stuff to Florida esp Orlando it is outlet shopping Heaven--many outlets there
