Default I'm very very sad

And frustrated beyond belief. I appear to have lost my passport, and i'm supposed to be going on holiday Sunday 29th June to Kefallonia. I'm even more upset because i'm going with my sister who probably won't go without me therefore i've ruined two peoples holiday I honestly thought i knew where it was. Just goes to show you can't be too certain of anything. Damn and blast it I know nobody can help but i just needed to vent.

Thanks for the hug, but its not looking good. Can't postpone either, only going for a week and have to be at work. It boils down to the fact that i should have checked i knew where my passport was before booking the holiday. Entirely my own stupid fault

Keep looking! Don't give up!

I once lost my cellphone, looked everywhere for it and gave up. 3 Months later, I found it at the back of my messenger bag where I never put anything!

Have a good old rummage about the place, turn the place upside down if you have to!! Check the not so obvious places!! If all else fails, get a replacement passport form from the post office, and send it SD post, or if you're in London, get yourself down the passport office pronto!!!

Def keep looking EVERYWHERE! It'll turn up in a place where you put it and you were like "oh ya, i'll def. remember it here!"....so much for that lol.

Good luck and let us know if you find it! Check obvious places too!

Are you in the UK? According to the passport website:

I need a replacement urgently
If you need to travel in less than two weeks you should make an urgent application for a new passport. Your first step should be to call our 24-hour Passport Adviceline 0870 521 0410 (see terms and conditions) and make an appointment at one of our offices.
