I notice you're in LA.... you mentioned that you go to the park, but have you been to some of LA's lesser-known parks? The Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook near Culver City has amazing views and the walk to the top is a good workout. My personal favorite is Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills, it's so much fun to explore and because it's tucked up in the hills, a lot of people don't know about it. I love to bring a little picnic and spend the afternoon there. You could also check out some of LA's museums, like the Tar Pits, LACMA, MOCA, or some of the smaller museums like the arts and crafts museum. You could also exercise together- my FI and I run together and have a great time encouraging and motivating each other.
