Default Salvatore Ferragamo Gancio Banshee Clutch
salvatore ferragamo clutch

Monday is obviously all about metallics. While too much metallic on too large a handbag can be too dominant. Spice up your wardrobe with metallic accessories, such as a clutch. I am in love with the cute and feminine Salvatore Ferragamo Gancio Banshee Clutch. Always a fan of Ferragamo shoes, the handbags have slowly made their way into my handbag spectrum. Meticulously designed, like the shoes, this Ferragamo clutch is designed with a textured leather and features a section of woven detail with tasseled drawstrings in on the front. The slight bronze leather is rich and stunning, offering the perfect meeting of playful and sophisticated. A fold over flap pocket leads way to canvas lining and an interior zip along with 3 open pockets. Don't be fooled, this hand candy is a substantial size, measuring 14"W X 8"H X 1"D. While the price is high, the size and craftsmanship behind the brand make it understandable. The perfect metallic clutch, buy via Saks for $950.

The woven detailing has almost a bottega look about it. The size and simplicty is nice. I like it, but am not in love.

It's okay, but there are better clutches for that price (hehe Chanel timeless).

Not exactly sure why Saks is calling this the Banshee Clutch (I think they might be referring to the leather and not the actual bag)....this style is officially called the Vanita Clutch which comes in two styles (one soft and unstructured like Megs' photo and another style which is structured and has an origami like patchwork detailing instead of the basketweaving).

If I had someplace to go and an outfit to wear I'd definitely buy this gorgeous clutch. I think the color is perfect -- not too shiny, not too dull. The weaving and the delicate bow add to the overall beauty.

Definitely looks like it was 'inspired' by Bottega Veneta.

It looks much better in person. I also thought that it looked "cheap" but when I saw it in person it is stunning. The picture does not do it justice!
