Megs had mentioned yesterday that she got caught up on ShopBop shopping for quite a while. Well, with all the new fall bags, I am not surprised at all. In fact, I’ve been memorized with all the wonderful bags to choose from. One bag that I simply can’t get over is the Rebecca Minkoff Mini Nikki Bag with Resin Handle. The Nikki Bag is nothing new to us here on Purse Blog, but it is great to see a different take on this classic.

The gold hardware looks fabulously chic against the dark grey croc-embossed leather. I am not always a fan of resin handles because they sometimes seem out of place. In this case, it works perfectly. In true Rebecca Minkoff fashion, the lining of the bag is as amazing as the outside of the bag. I was so happy to see the cute birds that were on the lining. I am beyond thrilled with this bag. Imagine everything you could pair with it! Buy through Shopbop for $615.

I love this shape, leather and the color. But its handle is not comfortable to carry. I know it since I had a YSL horn bag was like that.

I would prefer it with a normal handle. Like the color and the leather though.

ITA. Thankfully there are a few other Croc MN's that do not include the Resin handle (Dark blue, yellow Croc). But gosh, this one is gorgeous. Unfortunately this bag seems to be strictly handheld, due to it looking highly (if not extremely) uncomfortable. I hope Becca will eventually release an exact bag like this but with a leather strap (like her current MN's). It's beautiful though.
