Rebecca Minkoff Bread and Wine Tote

It is finally summer! Sure in Florida summer means over 90 degree weather and lots of afternoon thunderstorms, but I just love summer. This summer we have a few trips planned, and at least one will be to NYC. Something I have always wanted to do is picnic in Central Park. It is not even that cliche, the Park is huge and perfect for a summer picnic! I recently picked up my newest Rebecca Minkoff acquisition which is the perfect picnic tote. i remember it was on sale @ bloomies too.. and the current price right now is cheaper @ bloomies by $20..

I love RM bags (as most of you know...LOL!) but I definitely will not be paying $185 for that tote. Too steep for what it is IMO! Very cute though.

This bag is so cute. I like it more than the Anya Hindmarch not a plastic bag. But that was way cheaper.

I love that she uses recycled leather and is trying to incorporate more eco friendly resources into her lines. I think this bag would be perfect for an afternoon picnic in the park.

seriously, rebecca minkoff isn't a big enough designer to be charging 200 bucks for a cheap canvas bag. not that anyone should charge that much for a glorified shopping bag or that i would ever shell out the cash for one but at least it's a little bit less laughable when bigger, more established fashion houses do it.
