First let me say, I am so glad not to have to be the first or only person that thinks that this is a cruel idea! I'm so glad that they ar a few other pet and animal lovers out there!

It looks like it would be very painful and uncomfortable to the puppy not to mention the poor little dog having the feeling of just hanging. Bad idea! Seems like someone tried to come up with a new idea for pet owners but didn't actually consider that it would be cruel to the pet.

There is something really disturbing about this...I agree with some people that pets shouldn't be considered accessories, and I'm sure we wouldn't like being "harnessed" either.
