Prada Napa Fringe Hobo

Drop everything and anything that matters and makes sense in your life!!! Seriously, get yourself to Bergdorf Goodman and order the Prada Napa Fringe Hobo in ivory before it goes out of stock! Ok, my sarcasm level is an all time high right now. I have been like a see-saw with this bag; I hated it, it looked good on Victoria Beckham but I still wouldn't wear it, then I hate it again. It is really just fugly. And I have come to the conclusion that just because Victoria Beckham and her ridiculous Barbie-dollesqe body can pull something off, does not make it a good bag. So if you do like this bag, then more power to you and it is readily in stock in both ivory and black. And if you don't like this bag, then join me in mocking it (especially the ivory version, the fringe is SO limp). Through Bergdorf Goodman for $2195.

Can't understand how anyone would possibly pay $2200 for anything that is this ugly...they must have money to burn-or no sense of style! Prada designers are losing their grip!

^^^^ I agree in 100%.
Not for me, definitely. I wouldn't pay that much money for this.

I don't understand what is going on here lately. First Lois Vuitton makes one monstrocity after another, now Prada... Plus, they expect us to pay 2200$ for THAT???? It's like Chubaka from the Star Wars, seriously.

Wow. I'm not sure if I should carry it or walk it. Not that I'd want to do either. EW

I was just thinking that! It kinda reminds me of all the fringe Versace put on their bags a while back.

This bag reminds me of when I got highlights in the eighties. You would wear a skull cap (about this color), and the hairdresser would take this hook and pull the strands of hair through the cap to bleach. I'd sit around looking just like this bag for about 1/2 hour or so before rinsing.

Big, bag 80's hair. (*Shudder*) Not a good phase of mine.

Red face Re: Prada Napa Fringe Hobo

Honestly... I am new to the purse obsession world, and have only a few in my closet. But when I saw this one - I loved it. Maybe because I am quite young (30) and tend to dress plain/accessorize funky.... but it works well on me. I have it in black and have gotten more compliments on it than I expected. I knew that many would find it an eyesore, since it's certainly not a plain bag, but that's the beauty of it! Also to note, I passed by it in the store without a second glance and the salesperson brought it to me. I looked at him like he was nuts, and then tried it on - the buttery soft napa fringe drapes gorgeously once the bag is carried or worn, and it all kind of just comes together! I highly recommend trying the bag first before knocking it, and also remember that it's perhaps for the less traditional crowd!

I really like it... of course not everybody can wear such a bag successfully.
