Phoebe Price denied entry to Chanel party

I am typically on top of celebrity gossip, but for the life of me I have no idea, nor do I care, who Phoebe Price is. What I do know is that this red head was denied access to a Chanel Robertson Blvd. party. And this nobody was so pissed off, she went home to get the invite and prove to the PR girls at the door that she was on the list. Only to be denied again. So what did she do then? Grab her Jacoby & Meyers lawyers and held a public press conference outside of the Chanel store. She let Chanel know that if the PR girl in question was not fired and if she was not issued a formal apology by Chanel, she would sue. Phoebe has dragged this out, going on to talk to any paparazzi near her letting them know that if this is not settled she definitely will file charges so that no other celebrity has to be put through this again. If you ask me, I would call this red head a total drama queen. There has not been word yet if Price was actually on the list, if the PR girl was fired, or why I was not invited to the party. What I do know is that Phoebe Price is going to make this as big of a deal as she can for as long as she can. It will be interesting to see how it pans out.

Secondly, on what grounds will she sue? Last I checked not letting someone come to your party isn't a crime.

Not everyone can fit into Chanel -- especially Nicollette Sheridan and Michelle Trachtenberg!

Last week, Chanel threw a big red carpet bash for the opening of its new Robertson Blvd. shop and invited the likes of Angie Harmon, Rachel Bilson, Sheridan and Trachtenberg -- but not Z-lister Phoebe Price! Afterwards, we're told several photo agencies were contacted by reps for the design house asking them to not posts pics of Nic and Mic at the event. Sources tell us they didn't feel the "Desperate Housewife" and "Gossip Girl" were high end enough for the label. Interesting, since they were arguably some of the more famous actresses at the event. Ever Carradine and Tracee Ellis Ross, anyone?!

We're told none of the agencies obliged the couture house's messed up request, but you can probably guess who these ladies won't be wearing to the Emmys.

TMZ contacted a rep for Chanel, but did not hear back.

Given tmz.com is a gossip site, take it for what it's worth, but still, if true, it's tacky. Even tackier to do that to invited guests. I just thought, "wow", embarrassing doesn't even cover it.

No comment further comment on Phoebe Price. If there you are curious about her, just go to gossip sites and you will find her.

I can sort of see why she is upset.
Have any of you had to deal with a smug SA, nightclub bouncer, etc who regard you like a loser and treat you like rubbish? I had an SA at LV treat me like I was gum on the bottom of her shoe because I was wearing a baseball cap. The only reason I was wearing the cap at all was because I had been on the train for hours and wanted to get to the shop first thing!

The not getting into the party is one thing, but she was probably just fuming about someone that made her feel like a nobody. Hopefully all of the rest was just done hastily before she had the chance to calm down.
