It is long weekend time which typically means sales are imminent. I have to let you in on a bad habit of mine. I do not sale shop. When the sales come, I run for cover. I just do not like so many people around me going crazy to get the best deal. It may be a slight case of claustrophobia but it is also a slight case of financial pain to my wallet. But, what can you do? So the days that the sales come, I wander the aisles of online shopping. This is where I find my peace.

If you all remember, Vlad posted earlier that big bags are the must have accessory for fall. Seriously, he was not kidding. The Marc by Marc Jacobs Slouchy Patent Large Surely Shopper could double over as a human carrier with its larger than life dimensions: 17"L x 5"W x 20"H. Mary Kate is known for her big bag style, but with her small frame I can only see her using this bag as a potato sack racer. The patent leather body and extra-large size combine with short double straps and a front buckle to make a bag that is super trendy and hard to pull off. Open this bag up to its bottomless put with a 6" zipper pocket and 2 accessory pockets. Tell me what you are thinking about this trend for fall. Hop on the big bag wagon for $478 through Shop Bop.

People think I'm crazy because I don't sale shop. I'm with you Megs. I get a little stir crazy with all the people and many times the store is a hot mess because throw everything around. I can't work in clutter. If I get something on sale, it's either online, over the phone, or before the sale starts so I have my order already in.

I'm a lover of big bags, but there is a point where I have to say something is too big. I think MJ hit my too big mark.

Looks like it'll give you sore shoulders and back problems. It's to the point where it's unattractive. The model looks like Twiggy next to this bag. I have to agree w/everyone else on this.

i saw this bag in elle accessories awhile back and i've been trying to find it!

wasn't in any dept store, high end wise or low (by that i mean nordy's)

i even tried marc by marc jacob store, since this is marc.

and i even tried the bergdorf goodman site, when it stated that it was available there....but NO

thank you! now my obession ends because that is way too tall for me...20 inches?!
