Marc by Marc Jacobs Percy Mini Bag

I have always told myself that I can not pull off a super small handbag, seeing as though I am not super small. I am tall and while I consider myself in shape, I am not the size of the models that walk down the catwalk. But lately I have been finding myself more drawn to smaller bags. Why? Because frankly the big bags are hurting my shoulders and while I still do not have to carry much around I might as well take advantage of it. The best way to take advantage of a situation like this is to try it out. Try a small bag, carry it for a bit, and see how it makes you feel. And try our a more affordable version, that is unless you have a bottomless wallet. I am all about the bright colors right now and thought that the Marc by Marc Jacobs Percy Mini Bag may be the perfect small handbag to try. The yellow leather screams summer and the adjustable strap can be used to wear the bag crossbody or over the shoulder. I would opt for over the shoulder, as crossbody will look a tad odd on me I think. There is a zip fastening pocket on the front, a zip fastening across the top, and a designer plaque on front. This bag is is cute and worth a shot. Buy through Net A Porter for $160.

I was contemplating to buy this... it's cute, however me being a mommy of 2 will look a bit odd carrying a small crossbody over my 5'2, 110 pounds body type... What'd you say...?

That yellow scared me when I first saw it.
But the price is sure right & I think this would be good for sightseeing.
