This isn’t the first time that we’ve seen the Magazine Clutch, but since Marc Jacobs continues to change everything up a bit, I figured it was worthwhile to discuss this particular version as well. I discussed the shape of this clutch almost a year ago. I liked it then and I like it now. Recently, Amanda wrote about the Stamped Velvet version which looks a bit more like this one.

Yet, when I came across the Marc by Marc Jacobs Magazine Leather Clutch I found an entirely different aspect of it that I can appreciate over and over again. First of all, I love the color. At this point I am sure I sound like a broken record player telling you that this kind of orange color is crucial for the fall. So, moving along quickly, I actually like the stamped leather and gold hardware. Deep, rich, lusciousness all comes together for a great over-sized clutch! Buy through Net-a-Porter for $360.

I am kind of digging it. Orange and browns are always a nice pair, to me. :)

I don't care for the shape, hate the way the pleats are done, hate the stamped design, and don't care for the gold hardware design in the middle. The color is okay.

I love a good clutch but not when it is stamped all over. Not crazy about the gold thing in the middle either.
