Default Judith Leiber Limited Edition Venus Miniaudiere
Judith Leiber Limited Edition Venus Miniaudiere

Granted this evening bag is quite pricey for the size, it is also a work of art and a total masterpiece. A Judith Leiber piece nearly guarantees that you have bought an intricately designed bag that will have nearly every gawking. The Judith Leiber Limited Edition Venus Miniaudiere touts a picturesque sea-shell frame with an array of champagne, pink, and clear Austrian crystal detailing which are all meticulously placed in a stunning wave like pattern. Gold-tone hardware and a lock closure finish the simple clutch which dabbles into pure extravagance because of the crystal detailing. The price is not cheap, pre-order via Bergdorf Goodman for $3995, but the craftsmanship and detailing makes the price justifiable.

That is beautiful. But for that money I'd buy a Le Fab

Judith Leiber bags to me are sort of like Fabergé eggs. Amazing to look at but I could never see myself owning one. That one in the picture is truly stunning, though!

Very pretty!

I can totally see myself owning it (and a Fabergé Egg!) and swanning around like a modern-day Botticelli's Venus, LOL!

...well, in my mind, at least and wearing a few more clothes!

These bags really are pieces of art- I could probably carry it with me about 5 times, as much as Vlad would want to drive his dream car around. Then it will just sit and look pretty!

I suppose it would make a nice ornament, too, though.

I love Judith Leiber's bags!

I'd probably feel funny carrying around a bejeweled frog, but I could totally see myself carrying that.

(And I'd be wearing a black evening gown!)

Wow, that's really pretty. Definitely an ornament in addition to being an evening bag. Very nice!

It's exquisite!! I'd never use it; it would be on display with maybe a light focused on it! Her creations are works of art.
