Default Francesco Biasia Emily IV Crinkled Leather Tote
Teal has always been one of my favorite bag colors. It’s vibrant enough to be considered a bright, but it’s not bright enough to be offensive or garish. And most people like blue, so teal tends to get lumped into that as well.

Which is why I like the Francesco Biasia Emily IV Crinkled Leather Tote so much. It’s a beautiful color, it’s all leather, and it’s price very fairly – plus, who can’t use a roomy tote from time to time?

At $198, I can’t help but think that this is would be a really great alternative to all the Longchamp bags that I saw carried around campus when I was in college. The shine might be a bit much, but I think that it would soften with a bit of wear, much like Balenciaga motorcycle bags. Plus, when pretty average Marc by Marc Jacobs nylon totes are going for the same price, doesn’t it make more sense to choose leather? Buy through Bloomingdale’s for $198.

I am a great FB fan, as I have had several over the past 6 years or so. I think the quality is a teeny bit better on my older bags, but then, I think the leather and hardware and lining has cheapened out on many designer bags as of late. So, I am still going to say that I love anything that FB puts out there.

Sure, the color is nice, but it is sooo offset by a very, very basic and wrinkly tote look. There needs to be a lot more than just color, maybe some really cool print or patchwork on top of the super simplistic design?
