Sorry for the late reply, my internet has been down!! Anyway, I've used white eraser... it kind of works but not that great, it's hard to clean because you dont want to use abrasive chemicals, I got this tip from the lady that sold it to me here in Canada at Holt Renfrew. Someone also suggested the cleaner that Coach makes, I just bought it but am still afraid to try it. I will probably try it on a little part of my bag first. I'll try to post before and after pictures of it too. hope this helps!!

I just pre-saled this at Bloomingdales... it is sooooo pretty! FWIW, there was a little bit of glue residue on the top of the bag that I asked about, and the salesgirl whipped out a bottle of the coach leather cleaner and the glue came off, and the bag looked fine.

Oooh...I love my Spy...but mine is the black nappa leather. So many random women have given me compliments about this bag, but they have always been followed by "Is that real???" How insulting!!! LOL.

Like it but it might be a high maintanence bag. I'm so afraid of carrying white bags. Love the Wysteria spy more.
