No, I can not get my mind off the Gaucho. I have seen so many of the wonderful people on the forum post their beautiful bags and I still yearn for one. If you are opting for the medium bag, gander at the beautiful Dior Gaucho Denim/Leather Medium Saddle Bag. I love this color combination, and unlike the off-white shade that I want, this bag won't show dirt as easily. Help please! I bought the medium Gaucho in both the dark red and off white to try with my wardrobe to see which one I prefer - the other will go back for a refund! I still can't decide - I'm in the UK so we don't have fab long summers. I love both colors but want one to go with everything. The red is fab but may look drab in the summer & the white may look too bright for spring??????
Any advice out there..................

The denim is my favourite among the lot. I visited Dior yesterday, it's not available in the UK yet, it'll ship in a month or so. I bought the red/bordeaux anyway since it's fab in its own right. Have no regrets so far. It's a good bag IMHO, colour will just be a matter of preference.

id get the red, earth tones are in right now. i know i will wear brown all sumer but add coral accents. Wear whit dresses, jenas, turquise, chocolate,beige, greens, plums, lavenders.. the bag would watch w/ all and w/ the right cut of an outfit would look pleasently summerish.

Thanks - second opinions always help. I had almost decided on the red - the white is so "dirty" that I don't think it will go with white clothes too well.

If anyone is considering this bag, I would get it through eLux right away!!
At Dior, many SAs from all over are claiming that the denim is the same price as the leather -1395 for medium- I was told this in Canada- where I live- and from the store in NYC. I questioned it at both places because I thought it odd that a denim bag was the same price as a all leather one. Many other members have recieved the same information from Dior boutiques. I don't know if they have made a mistake but it seems weird to me.
I am waiting for the leather, but if eLux shipped to Canada I would be all over this one!!

I inquired about this bag when last at the Dior store in Boston. I was told that it comes in the Medium & Large ... no Tote.

One of the US Celeb rags (I mean magazines) just had a small article on how White bags are being carried all times of the year. There was a picture of various celebrities carrying various white bags (YSL, Balenciaga, etc.). As much as I like Red, I think I would go with the White ... then again, in the UK with all that rain ... hmmmm.

I love the white and although i live in the UK and my white Balenciaga City looks like its seen better days, id def get the white one.. i dont like the other colours anywhere near as much!
