Cole Haan Lunch Tote Village Collection

When you are out on a lunch date, do you ever think of taking a bag just for that? I never thought of having a bag designated for lunch, but I'm sure I could start that trend! Cole Haan has thought of this idea, with his Lunch Tote from the Village Collection (yes I know, the name does not mean it is for lunch- it was a pun, a play on words!). The Cole Haan Lunch Tote Village Collection adds a little spin on a typical tote with a different shape and a fun color. My color choice goes to the cranberry metallic tote which is made of soft pebble grain leather. The hardware on this bag varies with the color option you choose- for the cranberry metallic color I believe the hardware is in shiny nickel. The bag is slouchy with 8" drop from the shoulder straps, and two side pockets which add a little more to the shape of the bag. The strap shows off custom ring detail along with a chic way to run the strap through the body of the bag. Inside you will find nylon lining. Dimensions are: 13 1/2" W x 8 1/2" H x 7"D. Grab this beauty for $265 via Cole Haan.
Thoughts??

Thanks for featuring this bag as I have been looking at it for several weeks and finally ordered it (in chocolate but I do love the cranberry color too!) about 10 days ago. It's nice to see a bag with some interesting style aspects that does not cost an arm and a leg.

I also love the one they featured in their ads - the Pocket Satchel in the Village Paillette Collection.

BTW, love your Purse Blog Megs (and Vlad).

I really love pebble grain leather. It's just the texture of it I guess. Nice tote!

I love Cole Haan -very affordable and durable. His material lasts until u blow it up I heard. You literally have to set his bags on fire to get rid of them-so I've heard. I'm contemplating getting one this winter.

i saw this bag at neiman's and LOVED it. you don't get the true idea of the great slouchy shape from the picture, which is what is keeping me from ordering it already since it makes me second guess myself on what i saw a few weeks ago.

Oh, that is rather nice; the color, the proportions, the mechanics of the strap, and the price; it all adds up to a winner.

I just asked my sister, Grace, about this bag. "It's weird. I don't know why. It's just weird." Oh, well...
