I wouldn't be keen on the denim either, but I've got a coworker here that I laugh at because she uses a diaper bag (this one I believe: Hoobaby - OiOi Diaper Bag - Black Leopard Lining Tote by OiOi) as a regular purse and travel bag (they're bigger so she slips her laptop into it)

Denim is not my thing - but its a cool design. I just bought a diaper bag that I am absolutely in love with - the Casiana Mini from flotoimports.com - not sure if I am posting this link correctly but try checking it out here - Floto Casiana Mini .
