![]() For the most supple leather, I turn to Bottega Veneta handbags. If you have never had the pleasure of touching a BV bag close up you are truly missing out. The woven leather is divine. My gorgeous pick for the day is the Bottega Veneta Catena Large Veneta which makes my handbag loving heart melt with its lush woven white Nappa leather and brown stitching pattern. This bag hails from the Resort 2006 line, which is pretty much where I would like to be right now; a resort somewhere away from any temperature that dips below 60 degrees. The top has a zip closures that leads into the suede lining and two interior pockets. Drool, right? Pre-order this beauty from Bottega Veneta for $2100. |

Leather may be soft, I'm just not feeling it. White purses always bother me. And white shoes. And white pants.
Not for me, but I'd give it a B or maybe a B-. Because it's white. |

I saw that on their website--gorgeous and perfect to wear at a resort! Their leather is TDF.

Gorgeous.
I'm not a big fan of white, either, but this bag also comes in a milk chocolate brown (and I think also in some of the other resort collection colours, like green, pink, purple, dark chocolate and grey/taupe).

I normally don't like BV bags much, but that one is gorgeous!

I saw this bag in the catalog, and once again, I can't help thinking BV has so many ways of updating the classic shapes, it's truly, boldly amazing!
I love it. I love how beautifully the white contrasts with the gold hardware. It does come in a brown but I find the brown doesn't stand out so much against the gold, as much as the white. OT but I am also loving the footwear from this collection. There's nothing about BV I don't like. Sigh. If only I have the $$ to go with the love. |

^^^^kare, I know what you mean. If I were thinner and richer, I'd be ordering a whole bunch of the BV clothes and bags. I adore their designs, colors, and most of all their leather. Walking into their shop gives me a high!

I really like this year's BV Resort collection. Does anyone know which bags will be coming in pink woven leather?
I've been waiting for pink woven leather for several years now. I think this is a good time to cheat on Hermes
