Yeah! Looks like we have enough to make this happen! I will set this up on Elfster tonight. I will PM each of you the link who signed up here. Please sign up asap so we can get this going. Can you tell I'm excited!? Names will be drawn immediately after the deadline that I set of Monday Jan. 25th (same day as the 3 day sale :)

When you sign up for elfster, be sure to create a wish list.... this can be specific items you want .. or just basically some information about your likes/dislikes.

****BE RAOK 2010 Guidelines****

1. All participants must be active members of the BE sub-forum. Please only sign up if you are a BE fan and agree to follow actively participate in the BE RAOK.

2. You are required to post photos of every gift you receive from the BE RAOK. Make sure you are able to take and post photos.
If your buddy decorates outside of the box, please take photos of packaging too.
Sharing pictures of the gift and packaging makes it fun for all of us.
Also, this lets us know that everyone is participating who should be!
Descriptions of gifts will not suffice.
Pictures should be posted within a week of receipt, but of course, the sooner the better!!

3. Proof of mailing is required for gifts. I don't need this information but please have it available just in case. Confirmation that you sent your gift must be PM'ed to *crazybagmo* by the end of the first week of March.

a. In the USA you can send priority mail and purchase delivery confirmation for .65. You can also send regular mail and purchase delivery confirmation.
b. In Canada, you can mail parcels and get delivery confirmation for free (according to their website). For letters (i.e. if you were mailing only a gift card) you can send it registered mail and receive a tracking number. Cost is $7.95 including tracking.
c. If mailing to US or Canada from USA or Canada...the customs form number is considered proof.
d. If mailing from the UK.....Royal mail tracked is the most cost effective, that ensures delivery within 2-3 days. If sending internationally you can use Airsure.
e. If mailing in Europe to same country: Some form of tracking is required.
f. If mailing to another country in Europe, customs form number/receipt number will suffice.
g. If sending someone something through the Internet (i.e. gift certificates, magazine subscriptions), please forward the confirmation email to me (minus any CC info, etc.).

4. In order to participate you should plan on spending right around $50/35UKP for the final gift, this includes postage and packaging. Homemade and thoughtful gifts are appreciated. This makes it fair to everyone taking part!! No cheapskates wanted!! LOL!! (only joking!!) Also, you may send smaller gifts prior to the final reveal. Cards and e-cards are also fun! You should contact your buddy in some manner in the first couple of weeks.
Let them know you are thinking of them even if you don't send a gift.

5. No vacationers. If you will be away from home, and makes it difficult to take part during this time...please don't sign up.
Gifts have to be mailed and reveals posted in a timely manner as described above, and vacation plans may interfere.

6. An ANGEL system will be in place for missing gifts/unresponsive buddy, etc. Please let me, *crazybagmo*
know via PM if you don't receive any contact from your buddy after the first 3 weeks and I can follow up with them.

10. Ladies who are taking part PM me *crazybagmo* with all your details including:

Email address

We will be using Elfster so it will automatically assign buddies after the deadline which is Jan 25th!

**Administrator (that's me!) can remove someone from the RAOK for not following above rules.

(depending on where you're sending your gift, should be earlier)

Gosh, I hope you can put reminders of all the dates we need to send out our gifts! I forget so many things, and I wouldn't hurt anyone's feelings for the world!

Hi Moonfancy!

I'll try to remember to send out reminders. That's a great idea!

First I will send out towards the end of the second week to remind everyone to make initial contact (ecard or card) and then another reminder at the end of February to get the final gift out to their buddy. I'll mark it in my calendar.
