Default Some questions from a newbie
I've tried searching here and reading through most of the past threads but there are still some questions that I need to ask. Hope you ladies won't mind sharing your knowledge on this. I am really falling in love with the Love Me Mini but I've been reading here that they are already preparing for the Fall lines. Has the LM mini been here for a while and does anyone think it will be gone by fall? I can't buy one right now as I need to save some money (just splurged on my first Botkier).

Also, what is the difference between the + deposit and the minus deposit? Am I understanding it right that deposit is only for special orders of bags not in stock? Can it be used to reserve an instock bag (sort of like a "layaway")?

Finally, which method of payment would you advise for those here in US--credit card or wire transfer?

Will really appreciate your patience in answering these questions. TIA!

I doubt it'll be gone. She is actually putting out a LMMidi in 09'. She just adds to her collection. She makes a few bags at a time so there is always a possibility to do a bespoke in the future too.

The deposit is for preorders such as if you do a bespoke or for the fall line. I haven't the slightest clue what the minus deposit is though.

I've used credit card which is just fine and it's quick.

What color are you thinking about getting in the LMM? I have the purple, apple and the mustard. I love them all!!

Thanks ladies! As for the color, I am having a hard time as all the colors are so pretty. But since I just ordered a hot pink bag from Botkier, I am leaning towards a more basic color for BE so I won't have a hard time using it through all the seasons. Unfortunately, i see the blacks and chocolate are out of stock. Only the other colors are left. I'm hoping she'll have more to come this fall.

There is the BESPOKE order happening now for the LM Midi in Chocolate if that is something you would like. The chocolate color is very nice!

well, if by chance Jackie does not do a Mini in the color of your choice...I do believe you will be happy with the Midi. Trust me, the Chocolate colors are very nice!

You got that right Savvy!!!

I find the mini great for going out to dinner or casual get-togethers with my girlfriends, but for me, it's a tad too small for everyday.

Chocolate IS gorgeous....and Dark Grey is yummy too!

You ladies are making it easier for me to choose a color! I was debating between black and chocolate and if black, between crash and matte!

Well then, it comes down as to whether you prefer a sexier, more shiny leather as opposed to, a more thick, luscious matte one. Both will be deliciously soft with time and use.

Black Crash= sexy, chic, biker/rock 'n roll girl

Matte Black= sexy, modern, gorgeous, practical

Contessa, that is a very ingenious way to describe the two black finishes.
