The bag seems to have an entirely different shape, as in the last photo. Why is this? Because it doesn't slouch...outwards?

I agree with TG....it looks like a totally different bag! I'm toying with the idea of mine having a more "reinforced/structured" bottom. Haven't decided yet.

Hi! I think it is just the photo but it does have the same shape. Contessa I wouldn't re-enforce the bottom as I do not believe it will sag. It is nor rigid enough to be uncomfortable when on your shoulder but you definitely won't have a saggy bottom. I think this will really stay looking new and retaining it's shape. It does slouch slightly at the top but it won't collapse in the way that say a pebbled leather would. Yep, it is a midi. I really like the midi size but then I am a shorty. I think I might get a green or nude in a Midi and then perhaps the darker brown in the full size. Then I will have to be done.....famous last words. xxx

I didn't think I would like this leather - like Hermes - stiff, doesn't really feel like leather. But, that doesn't appear to be the case with your bag. It's lovely.
