Default Post your non-BE purchases here - copied from many other subforums!
I thought it'd be nice to see what you are getting apart from those gorgeous BEs...

This thread can be viewed as continuous education (learning about other brands and styles)... as well as a source of temptation (we dont really need to know about other brands and styles, do we?)...

Come share with your fellow Belenistas what you've been up to recently!

well I asked for them to be sent out to my family address in Dubai as I didn't want to run the risk of customs tax if they were sent to my UK address. It will be a while till I see them let alone till you guys see them and I am so excited!!! Oh and managed to get a belated present from my family in the way of a LV Galliera PM with a Zippy Wallet in Damier Azur. Unfortunately no pics either as it is with them in Dubai awaiting my arrival in Dec/early Jan

Oooh purrrfect!! I loved the look of the tan deerskin. What size downtowns? You lucky thing I have been going back and forth on downtowns since they came out, wasn't sure of what colour to get them in as I liked a lot of the colours they were released in both patents and buffalo leather

Thanks. I absolutely ADORE my downtowns! I have have both colors in the medium. The tan is just gorgeous. Very understated and yet chic without the hardware. Plus, the deerskin is incredibly soft. My buffalo is absolutely incredible for an everyday bag because of how soft yet durable the leather is. Plus, I LOVE the edginess of the hardware. I feel very youthful and "modernized". I call it my NYC bag! And I"m constantly using the exterior pocket for my cell and important papers. The deerskin doesn't have that feature. But, the soft leather and yummy color compensates plus for this drawback.

SO: My advice. You need a deerskin and buffalo. The investment is SO worth it. My hubby actually purchased the buffalo for our anniversary! Maybe that's part why I LOVE! hehe

You can PM me anytime!

^^Maybe I need more husbands so I can get more anniversary prezzies like lovebags'!

I haven't taken a "family photo" of my bags recently (trying to get over my darn jcrew obsession), but the list runs the gamet of Coach, Botkier, Not Rational, Ani, Hayden Harnett, and of course, my BEs. I'll try to take a group photo soon...

I have purchased two Miu Miu bags and two Jimmy Choo bags since August. Three out of four were from the bay. I am addicted to sales and have a very difficult time paying retail. BE is my favorite brand and I love it so much that it is the only brand that I will buy at retail.

Like MK78, I also managed to snag some goodies from the Bahrain Balenciaga Sale. I have a SAPPHIRE Work with Giant Silver Hardware and a Black PartTime in Giant Silver Hardware on order (hopefully the bags will come tomorrow). Here is one of my last purchases...
