Crap...these are the ones that were supposed to be posted with my post above. Not the same effect...but I still love them.

My DH and I are supposed to do a NYC trip in April/May next year...guess what I am buying...a bunch of!

Jenova...I was just looking at the City BBag this weekend and I really want one! I think I have been lured by all these BBag girls.

Ok..I am off to make my feet wider at the gym. Chat later...but had to post!

You sound like someone who needs to buy themselves a Consolation Present?

SAV! what a disappointment!!! you should post pics in the forum and see what people think. we have TONS of tips to stretch out shoes and make them fit perfectly. however i do understand the heel thing. you can get them in lower heeled styles and still look extremely sexy!

ps - there doesn't look like a lot of spillage to me and the VPs aren't cut that low...maybe you need ot get used to the feel? but if they just feel WRONG then it is a definite no. we can find you your dream shoe...promise!!!

^^Thanks Sara for the tips. I am going to post in the CL forum tomorrow when i have more of chance to sit and chat. I just think they look tight by the tips of my toes and to me my foot just looks wide in them. I may return and buy again in a 1/2 bigger. Maybe that would make a difference?? My feet just look wide in them because I believe the heel is higher. I have quite a few 4" from BCBG and Manolo...my feet don't look as wide in those. I just WISH we had a store that had a bunch of them around here so I can just sit there all day until I find the perfect size!

Sara...what heel size are those yo-yo zeppas?

the yoyo zeppas are the same heel height as the VPs, they just have an exposed platform instead of a covered one. i sometimes find loubies expose more of my foot than i'm accustomed to in other designers and it takes some adjusting. but there are sexy closed toe shoes...and the yoyo (the black suede shoe you posted) is another good option. some people find them uncomfortable because of their lack of platform but i think they're gorgeous AND you can get them in 85mm.

That is what I was afraid of...the lack of platform on heels like this usually do hurt the ball of the feet. I just took a bunch of photos of the shoes that I will post tomorrow in the CL forum. I may go up 1/2 size more and then see what they say about stretching. I LOVE THEM..I do but they seem tight. You will see in the photo. Yours look awesome! I love love llove them!

Ms. Contessa was posting about one of her fab bags and she gave the info for the Cashmere Airy Wrap from Nordies. I saw the price ($99) and had to investigate. They stil have them, but they no longer are offering the solids - only the color blocked style. So I got one (black, charcoal grey, and light grey). She is right, it is generous, but it isn't substantial (she never said it was substantial). Meaning the measurements are good, but it is thin (hence the name Airy Cashmere Wrap). I have found that you can double it and still have a good wrap, or you can were it like a scarf (plus a number of different ways). It's a keeper to me! Trying to attach pics - let's pray it works! Sorry for the sweats, but I'm feeling very lazy today!

Great buy, ladies! I have no new buys to share as all my recent ones are BE I was actually quite satisfied with my Chanel collection until I stumbled upon this subforum

Jenova, Mandarine looks really pretty and intersting! Bal was what first brought me to TPF. I've sold my entire collection since and have no regrets but some days (like today!) I think I should have just 1:)
