You ask Maya, or maybe whoever you have been dealing with so far and Maya, to set up the correct amount for youon the website. Maya then emails you to tell you that this has been done and you pay. That is how it has worked for me at least.

Hi Emma,

I've just picked up your email on behalf of Maya as she isn't around at present and replied to it.

The bespoke balance feature is not working at present so we are doing it manually - it's not ideal for anyone but rest assured that the balance payments will be automated as soon as we have the features-side of the website working properly. Meanwhile it is safer to do it by hand.

For anyone who is wondering, we basically change the bespoke balance amount for each customer when a bespoke is ready to ship.

Hope that clarifies!

X
