Thank you Suzzee! I'm really looking forward to mine--I just started branching-out to color so ordering a cobalt bag is HUGE for me! I tend to stick w/the safer basic colors.

Hope some more newbies were able to get in on the sale and share what they ordered!!

I got a MMS in black crash! I went over the petrol, the wine, even the gold - had them ALL in my cart at once at one point, but finally decided on the black crash. Can't wait!

Does anyone else think the MMS is reminiscent of the YSL Downtown bag? Without all the random snaps? It hit me yesterday when I saw a pic of a celebrity (Madonna?) wearing a black patent downtown and I thought she was wearing "my" black MMS! :LOL

Yes -- it ran for about a day/day & a half (UK time difference had me a bit confused about the actual "day" it ran)

I understand -- I shouldn't have given in, but couldn't help myself with the 40% off!

This would have been perfect! I'm on BE's mailing list (drooling only, so far...), but seem to have missed it - how was it advertised?

Thanks.

So sorry to hear that you missed it kingston--
I learned of it through a BE News email (it announced the special leathers sale and the newbie sale).

I know the limited leather sale isn't quite as good as far as percentage goes... but there are some leathers for 30% off and in any style you wish! I took advantage of this sale and am also a BE newbie... so of course, I couldn't then participate in the newbie sale. I am totally fine with that though because I love that I was able to make my own customized bag with additional features in a leather I've been lusting after for months.

It sounds like everyone got some great bags. I can't wait to hear what you all think of your first BEs.

Candace, thank you very much for your service. I appreciate all military service members who are serving overseas. Please take care!

Candace, you should totally ask Jackie if she makes bags in kevlar! Seriously, I hope you treat yourself when you get a chance - you deserve it! Be safe.
