I agree that BE's pebbled leathers are ridicoulsly amazing. They are absolutely gorgeous and you can instantly tell it's a very high quality leather. I've long been a pebbled leather fan, and I think BE definitely has some of the best selection available today.

I just asked Jackie that same question. I've been told that the dark choco has more purple undertones whereas the root is a truer brown. And if it's even more lightweight then that's a nice bonus that I"m just hearing about here.

Jackie wasn't certain if she could get the dark choco anymore either. Probably but not definitely.

I agree. It is my favorite of the BE leathers (I have done crash/metallic, sheen, matte and pebbled). I don't think I'll buy another BE if it is not pebbled. They wear wonderfully and you can't even scratch them with daily use.
