She's so approachable and I'm sure she'll be happy to help.

Chamois - how is your own BE Black Crash doing? If I remember right (correct me if I'm wrong!) you have one yourself, but I can't remember offhand what it was. A LM maybe?

But I think I remember you did some very informative, comparative pics with a swatch of purple crash (I think!) placed on top of your Black Crash bag? Forgive me if I'm completely wrong on this.

Did you ever contact Jackie about the color fading on your straps and around the zipper on your three week old black crash bag?

If so, can you share with us what her response was, and any photos if you have taken them?
