Hi all
I just love the WTM but would much prefer one a little smaller than the midi. A great handheld/shoulder bag - flat to the body - easy to carry and would look cute in bright colours!!!

Does anyone else like the idea of a WTM mini???? I have swapped mails with Jackie who says that to justify cost of new pattern there would have to be a big order - say 15 - 20 bags!! I'm not sure what the deal would be on a group bespoke and i dont know about cost etc - just posting to see how people would feel about this a WTM in mini size??

Size wise (i may be wrong) but i was thinking something like width of 14 inches across!

If completely no interest this is something I may go for in the New year and cover cost of pattern myself- i would order Pink Sheen and create a fun everyday bag!!

what do you guys think?

I like the idea of a mini. Many other designers are doing mini versions of their bags and they are adorable. Sometimes, these big suitcases we lug around can be a bit much. You should see the cute little mini Miu Miu Bow bags and coffers. Also, someone had a mini version of a YSL bag. I think there are two mini Hold Me bags out there. One was for a child and the other Samia picked up from a British website that looked perfect for evenings. So cute!

etalb1111, the WTM Midi is 11.5" x 14.5", so I'd think a mini would need to be significantly smaller - maybe 9" x 12"? But then, that would be really similar to Surprise Me.

Charmed05, I love the idea of a WTM satchel. A little shorter, a little deeper...yes!

what a coincidence, I've been wondering about a WTM mini too!

I just didn't realised that it might actually be possible! If this does take off, does it mean that it's got to be the same leather for all 15-20 bags (just like the usual bespokes)?

Yes, same leather.

You know now that I"m thinking about this bag I happen to think it could be just gorgeous for a messenger. I love how the wtm lies so flat against your body.

The WTM style has a nice amount of visual interest without being too much and it doesn't bulge out whatsoever when you add all your contents. Very nice style!

i'm not sure if there would all have to be the same leather - as i think it is the cost of making the pattern that requires a group buy?! but i'm really not sure!

pixie - yes 11 x 14 approx is what i was thinking which is a similar size to SM but not so messenger looking! I think in this size it would be great in the pebbled leathers - a really soft comfortable bag to wear. Its quite exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really do love the size of Love Me Mini but not sure on the design for myself but a WTM mini would be ideal!

I'd LOVE to see this take off! WTMM is my fave style bag, but still a touch too big for me. I'll be watching this!

Bingo!!!!! You just hit the nail right on with your comment about the wtm mini being a great messenger without looking "messenger". I LOVE that!

Here's to finding a BE messenger without having it scream messenger.

I think that if this size takes off it would def rival some of the most popular Balenciaga styles

- especially as BE have such an amazing selection of leathers and colours to choose from. I can already imagine an amazing sheen cognac and definately something in a deep pink!!

The WTM Midi is 11.5" x 14.5", so if it's 11 x 14, that may not make much difference?

The WTM regular is 14" x 17", so going by the difference in measurements, perhaps 9" x 12" for the Mini?

Do we get to specify what measurements we want for the Mini or will Jackie come up with them herself?
