I got the newsletter about the limited stock ON SALE leather and when I saw the reds available I emailed Jackie about doing the WTM messenger in one of the reds. Of course, being the accommodating person that she is she said she'd make me one. Hooray Hooray Hooray!!!!!

I am also very tempted by this style. Is that the version with the drawstring or the flat top? What basic price did Jackie quote you, prior to % reduction?

Thanks for the link gga. I was hoping to find dimensions on this bag but it didn't say on the web page. I have to say $699 is a bit more than I thought it would be.

Yes, the price is a little higher than I thought it'd be. I thought it'd be priced the same as the SPM. I think I'd have gotten one if so.

...hmmm...now I wonder what the WTM mini price would be....

I am considering reducing the price by £10 by not having a shoulder strap as I would only want to wear this bag cross body.

I was also a bit surprised , especially since the Surprise Me has the hand made stitching, so I thought with the round base and the straps as a feature it would have been more likely to cost around the £350.
But I like it, so I'm getting one in the Silver crash and perhaps in Taupe..

I like it too but am debating whether to get it now using the leather deal or wait for a colour that I really want in AW09. I am strangely drawn to the green plastic prototype, so maybe I should get one in Apple Sheen???

I have been looking at all the different designer's messenger style bags. That price is a bit higher than expected, but I have to say that I really think that messenger is one of the coolest messenger style bags I have seen.

Yow, that is more than I expected............BUT I would've gotten it anyway, and in the red, so I'm actually LUCKY that I could take advantage of the limited leather discount.

It sure was a relief to see it up on the website...........I was afraid I had somehow managed to order the mini instead of the messenger.
