Default Flirt with me clutch
Hi ladies

I'm in the market for a new clutch. I have owned a BE in the past but my experience of this particular bag wasn't a good one, however this was in the early days of BE and it was dealt with brilliantly by Jackie, and I haven't forgotten this great customer service therefore I am gently dipping my toes back in to BE by test driving a small item first before investing in something bigger.

Does anyone have the Flirt with me clutch in the ponyskin? - it looks very pretty but in terms of keeping clean think it might be a nightmare but I'm not sure. What are your thoughts?

Thanks for your help.

I think Ponyskin is more high maintenance than "simple" leather.

I have the black ponyhair with silver and I it. I use it all the time and find it's not high maintenance at all. What I love about it is that it's different and quite fun!

If you want something classic and sexy, I'd recommend the Black Crash, otherwise, go for what you love!

I don't have the ponyhair but I do have the flirt with me in silver and I really love it! Its useful, and holds more than I thought it would! If you are buying something which you think you would like to use frequently, maybe a leather one would hold up longer than the ponyhair version. However, like Contessa mentioned, go for what you love!

i had a ponyhair bal day and i have to say i hated it. not only was it itchy but the hair actually fell out in patches and left a bare spot where the bag rubbed against my side. it was awful, i don't recommend exotics like pony hair. perhaps be is different but that experience w/bal's pony hair really turned me off.

Thanks for your experiences ladies, really appreciate it, think I might cross that one off the list and go for something else.

Thank you.

And just to verify for any new people considering BE, please don't be put off by my post, I'm sure you won't anyway, the bags are stunning. My experience was just the luck of the draw, it happens to every brand at some stage without a doubt.

The customer services at BE is second to none, you will be very pleased to invest in a bag from Jackie Cawthra's team without a doubt.

x from a newly converted BE fan.

I have a Flirt with me in Mustard. I love it, the bag is the perfect size for quick errands and going out. I recently used mines at a concert. The perfect size!!!

mustard is a lovely BE leather, pebbled and a little bit shimmery!
