To follow up on this I ended up getting a Love Me Mini in Chocolate Crash. I had mixed feelings about it at first. It does look a bit different than most of the LMs I see in photos here because of the size (midi and full are more popular) and the one zipper. Seems many of the Midis are being order with the 2 zips or come that way now. And maybe it is because of the Crash leather or as Suzi says the Mini is more structured but it looked a bit stiff. Keep in mind that I like more structured bags, but for some reason it looked super stiff when I first got it which was somewhat unexpected.

I have been looking at the bag for 3 days and have not carried it yet. It is standing on the rug (on its dustbag of course)...but I have to say this bag is growing on me and I don't think I could bear to part with it now. The chocolate crash leather is simply stunning!!! Unlike anything I have seen IRL and the pics in the forum of crash leather simply do not do it justice. And even though I have not carried it, just standing instead of laying down for 3 days it seems less stiff it that makes sense. For example at first the tag (the new BE tag) sort of stuck out funny but now it falls to the side of the bag as it should (phew!)

Yes I know this thread is useless without pics, but it has been raining here for days and if I take a pic indoors with my flash it will not look accurate. I will take pics once I can hold the bag in sunlight. And modeling shots to show size.

In retrospect, I agree that the Mini is enough to hold all my stuff and is really a medium bag (on the lower end of the medium scale), but I also think I could have pulled off a Midi and like the look of the double zippers better. But I think the Crash leather really pops and that the bag looks very stylish in this size with this particular leather, even without the double zips

As always thank you ladies for all the great insight!

The others have a slouchy type look and the mini seems more compact and structured with no slouch if that makes sense. I'm 5"4 and wear the midi due to the slouchy look, but I could easily wear the other size and fit my things in it.

Your chocolate crash Mini will soften up. You will love this bag!

Here is a pic of my bf's choco crash LM Midi. I fell in love with this bag and borrow it every chance I get. The choco crash is an amazing leather! I am so lucky to have ordered a choco crash MMS midi in the sale
