I will go ask on the BE concierge thread if they have retired the Stroke Me forever. I think I heard that there are no Stroke Me's planned for Spring 10 as a stock item.

She loves the flatness, and the way one can pack it as an extra bag for travelling, plus the one of the kind design !!
While, I , on the other hand find the Adore me more suitable for travelling.
Bonnie, I couldn't agree with you more about the pointed bottom and that's huge in part why the style didn't work for me. But, I"m glad to see there are other's that enjoy this bag!

I got my mom a choco matte SMM and she adores it! I agree that it's a wonderful day size that's a bit dressier than the traditional hobo. I hope it returns. I'd also love to see a hobo style with a zipper closure!

TG! I hear you. My first BE bag was Petrol Stroke Me Medium with gold hardware. Im actually carrying it today. I love this bag and would like to see it as a stock item again. I don't have the big one. I read somewhere that the Adore Me (mine is at the post office depot, I'll collect Thursday) is the perfect in-between size from the SM medium to the large.

I love this bag, I love the unique shape and people always comment on the bag and the leather - I think this style showcases some of BE's leathers beautifully. If Jackie had produced a Cognac/Sherry redbrown for Autumn/Winter, I would have ordered a Stroke Me in this colour in a flash!

I do! I have a mottled gold SMM, and it's great for going out to dinner.

I think the Stroke Me, is the Hold Me of hobos. Totally unadorned perfection.

I still like the style...although I think I'd rather own a large one than a midi.

I really like my SMM in Taupe Grey. The thing is that all my stuff falls into a bit of a heap in the pointy bottom.

That said, I do so like the way it looks, the leather is superb and I love the way it almost 'unpeels' when opened and shows the fuchsia lining, that I'm willing to put up with my haphazard contents!

The Stroke Me is a great style because of its simplicity and unusual shape. I have a Petrol SMM and Matte Tan SMM. I mainly use them in the spring and summer since I carry less stuff during those seasons. I think the SMM looks great with everything - jeans, shorts, dress pants, and skirts.

I don't have a problem with things piling up at the bottom because I use a large Purse To Go organizer. I bought the organizer for my RM Nikki, but it just tips over in that bag. I tried it out in my SMMs and it was a perfect fit. It also makes it very easy to switch back and forth between the Petrol and Tan SMMs.

I love my dark grey SMM. It's a greaty casual bag when I don't need to carry so much stuff (and frankly, why do I ever need to carry so much stuff?). I like the way that it hangs off my shoulder and how it opens up so wide to find everything pretty easily.

I have to say, I've been keeping my eyes out for a more traditional slouch hobo. Once i find that, I might pack my SMM away, but I have yet to find one at my price point that I like as much as the SMM.

For those of you that have a stroke me midi and a WTM midi - are the bags of a similar size? I love my WTM midis and would not want a large large bag. Though worried that the SMM is smaller than the WTM mdi?
