Now that I have become accustomed to the variation in colour in this leather, I really, really, like it. I can't think why I had the idea that it was supposed to be one even colour, I've seen pics of bags in this leather but it must have slipped my mind.

She is sitting on my desk, perfectly balanced on her flat bottom (so everything doesn't tip into a pile in the middle) and I have had so many compliments. Everyone wants to pick her up and "try her on for size".

I'll definitely be keeping this bag and I can see myself maybe doing a BEC of this bag again, maybe in Port if I decide not to go for an EM or in Leaf which I just adore although no one seems to have a bag in this leather.

I'm happy for you. I know sometimes it just takes a little time to get used to a new bag but once you do then it's all over. Enjoy!

Oh, so good to hear!
She has a "flat bottom"? Really? Any possibility of getting a picture of this? I dislike it when a bag tips over, and so had discounted this style ... am very curious now.

I LOVE the variations in color! To me, that was the most striking thing about your bag when I first looked at the pics, and the most beautiful thing too. It gives the purple so much depth and movement, like hair with highlights. I am not a purple purse person, but I am completely taken by the glossy purple. Worse luck for the rest of us now that you love it and we won't be seeing it on ebay!

Sure, no problem. Tomorrow I'll take a pic of her on the table plus the contents. I couldn't believe it when I put her down on the desk and she didn't fall over. This bag knows how to pose!

Here are some more pics.

Sitting on the table, perfectly balanced, no falling over - love it

Inside snap to show how everything keeps its place. I have an Angel Purse, normal purse, two mini diaries, PDA, makeup (in the zipped pocket), hairbrush, coin purse, glasses and sunglasses in here plus my camera was in there before I snapped these

Slightly better modelling pics in the bathroom at work, better lighting, full length mirror.

I really love this. Which pic do you think represents the color/shine of the bag the best?

Most of the pics were taken with flash but in natural light, the bag's colour looks very much like the pic taken indoors of the bag sitting on the table. This leather is definitely "glossy".

Thanks. I'm kicking myself I missed out on this in the sale, and am pretty tempted to get something now in this color.
