I just found out from Jackie, that my Stroke Me is Antique Gold, and not the Mottled Gold I thought it was. I thought Antique Gold leather was a Fall 08 leather...but apparently, my Stroke Me was made out of it. And I love it! I thought it looked different from other tpf'ers gold stroke me's -- less yellow. Anyway, I am so happy with my metallic gold I cannot tell you. I got a compliment on the bag today from a woman who knew good handbags when she saw them. She couldn't believe her eyes at the fabulousness she was looking at. I'm going big time metallic in Fall 08. As I said, I've had it up to here with brown and black bags.

Pinky, a tpf'er sent me some swatches and I've got the antiquey gold, and from looking at some pics, it's very subtle and 'golden'.

^^Yours looked more yellowy gold, and 'blingier', but then again I've only got a small swatch to compare it to! Does your SMM look an even colour, or 'mottled' in places?? Well, I suppose it would be, if it was the mottled gold.....duh!!!

Sorry guys - work got a little insane - will take pics tomorrow as we are having a lazy family day for the holiday - bbqing and hanging around the pool so I'll actually have some free time!
