Hi there!

No, plum and chocolate crash will not be available in the spring. It may or may not be available through bespoke as it really does depend on whether we have the leather.

Fortunately, we do have some plum and chocolate crash bags currently though supply is limited.

Though we have a thread for questions and answers, Jackie and I both thought it might be helpful to have a thread for information from BE only. We will update it often and include common questions received through email as well as questions posted in the Q&A thread. We are working at updating the FAQ on the site so this should help until then.

We adore all of you and hope that these little bits of organisation will help make BE even more user friendly! I am always available by way of email as well!

Shipping:

Q: If I purchase one bag that qualifies for free shipping and one that does not, might they be shipped together for a discount on the one I am paying the charge for?

A: Bags will be shipped together where possible. Shipping does depend both on weight and size of the parcel. Once we receive the actual shipping total, we will refund if there is a difference.

Hi Rose,
I noticed yesterday one of my pink stones are missing from the BE tag on a recently purchased bag. This is a first for me, but I know it sometimes happens. What does Jackie suggest? My tag looks

Some ladies have suggested painting the stones with clear nail polish in an attempt to keep this from happening, but I don't know if this has helped. Is there a "secret" to keeping our pretty pink crystals from falling off?

I've got a missing stone too but I don't really mind that much.

Are they always pink jewels? Does the colour change each year to date the bag? It would be fun if it did.
