Question - are bespoke bags still returnable? I am really interested in joining the Hug Me girls, but I am particular about leather and since I don't have any BEs around me, I can't feel it to find out....and I want to take advantage of the sale....

The wrist straps for the AP can be made for $18/£11.50 including delivery.

The Spring line should be ready for its debut around February. Whilst I cannot confirm which lines will or will not be back, nor which leathers exactly, I can tell you that Jackie has some exciting new pieces planned.

I am not so sure that all of the current fall styles and leathers will be replenished, so it is certainly a good idea to pick up anything that you fancy now. The leathers and styles of this fall line are quite gorgeous.

We do not truly "discontinue" a style so most may be ordered through bespoke. The Bespoke Bliss is a wonderful and very rare opportunity to acquire exactly what you wish for at a savings.

We do have one LM and one LM Midi in stock. They were on hold but technically have not been sold just yet. Please email me if you are interested so that we might check on availability. There is one black crash LM and one dark grey LM Midi from what I know.

Jackie usually plans a three day sale sometime in January. I have not heard definite dates for this yet.

The large Hug Me is made to sit comfortably on the shoulder. We have received feedback that it fits well there. Jackie certainly finds it most comfortable!

Unfortunately they are not available through bespoke. A group bespoke order might be a possibility. I would have to check.

I regret to say that special or custom orders such as bespokes are non returnable. We have a very accommodating return policy on in stock, non discounted bags however.

I understand your reservations about purchasing an item that you have not seen. Might it help to email us directly so that we may offer additional descriptions? Is this the glossy leather that concerns you? It is very luxe and completely wonderful if that helps any!

I am very new to this forum but have found the descriptions and thoughts posted to be quite accurate. Perhaps the lovely ladies here might provide their ideas as well?

The Bespoke Bliss is a very rare "sale" from what I know. Also, the Hug Me orders are being placed so kindly let us know as soon as you are able if you might like to join!

I have a question about the TME being done in the black glossy leather. Someone posted a pic. of a brown glossy TME (sorry I can't find it now) and the leather panels are cut differently than on the TMEs on the BE site. Instead of separate pieces for the front and sides, they are a cut with a curve so that the bottom of the side panels wrap around to the front (if that makes sense). Are future TMEs going to be made that way or would a bespoke order involve a choice on this? TIA

Thank you!! I am still debating...I want to take the plunge, but it's so hard when I've never felt the leather. Everyone gushes about the black glossy (what I want) but I know people's tastes are different as well, so it's hard to figure out if I would like it even if everyone else does!

I am interested in the regular sized black glossy Hug Me...is Jackie still offering her discount for people's first BE bags? If so I might go that route instead of the bespoke...I just tremble at the thought of not being able to return since I know I am so picky about leather!
