Hello, yes I must also thank you on Rose's behalf for your love and care. We were all really touched by your kindness. Rose never ever gets sick, so it was really difficult for her being ill and not being able to work. Though she now has an Iphone and knowing Rose, she worked from her bed and many of you didn't even notice she was gone!

I'm here to reiterate that

1. because we forgot to give advance notice/announce the expiry date for the groups we extended it by one week on request.

2. I am going to Greece this week for my first holiday in ages! Whilst there I am going to be having some fun running an exciting - and most importantly fun - new competition.

It's going to involve Twitter and a fun guessing game with a nice prize or two, so get yourself an account on Twitter www.twitter.com and start following us/me here:(www.twitter.com/belenechandia and www.twitter.com/jackiecawthra) so that you can follow my progress and join in the fun!

For those of you who don't know, Twitter is a way to state what you are doing in less than 140 characters.

Anyone can sign up and "follow" us to see what we are doing.

As well as this fun guessing game next week,we are going to be using it more and more for sales, competitions and announcements, so it is worth signing up so that you don't miss out on anything.

love the competitions! and I really appreciate the time and effort put in to hold them

I have a little suggestion regarding the timing of the competitions. The last one, if I recall correctly, it was held 8pm London time which = 3pm USA = 3am Asia time, which was a real killer for all those in Asia.
..... Perhaps the next one could be held at eg. 5pm London time = 12 noon USA time = 12 midnight Asia time?

Please feel free to post this in the main section - you asked us to do it with the photo reviews section but I wasn't sure about this one.

As you all know I was on holiday last week and for a bit of fun we decided to hold our first Twitter Contest. Since I was on holiday and everyone was asking for photos etc. anyway, I decided to post some information and pictures of the island I was on and then ask some questions to win some prizes.

Most of the questions are easy. They just involve looking at my posts and finding the information. A couple at the end are harder. You really need to play detective to answer the last two questions to win the big prize.

I know that not everyone is Twitter-literate yet and I will admit to not using it at first (it felt a bit narcissistic) but in fact I've realised recently that it is a great and easy way to interact with people and we will be releasing a lot of our news and information on Twitter in the future so it would be a good idea to sign up for it now. If you need any help with it, you can let me know.

And the best bit in all this is that it doesn't matter whether you have followed the competition from the beginning, because all my Tweets are still there. You just need to go to twitter.com/belenechandia (or twitter.com/jackiecawthra if you can't find the info you need, just in case it was posted there by mistake) and click on More until you find the first day of my holiday and read upwards from there.

Don't delay - all the questions will be posted by Monday and as soon as all the questions are posted, the first people to send me an email to jackie(@)belenechandia.com with the correct answers will win the loot.

One final thing: I recommend that you download something called Tweetdeck. It makes Twitter far more interesting, easy and fun to read. There you can have columns to see your Direct Messages, tweets where people have mentioned you, all your friends' tweets and even your friends Facebook updates. It took me ages and I wish I had done it much sooner.

If you require more urgent delivery, please do let us know and we will try to accommodate your request where it is possible.

I am sorry if this has been asked before . I am curious whether there will be any new colors/leathers available for fall and when we will be able to have a peek at them. I'm planning a purchase but I can get only one bag so I am holding off until I know what all of my options are.
