I am afraid that the price of the SM on BEC is now at a level where a 10% reduction for a group bespoke is insufficient to tempt me. (It is an incredibly simple style with almost no pattern cutting, seaming or hardware.)

The SM was my first and second BE bag -- I got the Black Crash first and then jumped on the Tan Matte bespoke that was happening as well - it's one of my favorite styles -- it's fabulous and really shows off the leather well. I just got a new one in the Green Crash leather and it's beautiful --lined in the new dark grey - stunning! I've not have a chance to wear it yet, but I'm thinking tomorrow because I'm going to the country Fair and the crash leather is very durable! I do wish Jackie would make bags in that style again - I agree that it's an iconic style for her --I'd love to not have to pay the extra 20% to bespoke one and the full size ones rarely show up for sale elsewhere.

we are having a heatwave in the UK, so I have just got out my first ever BE - my gold SM midi. it's just the perfect summer bag, such an easy style to wear. I love the SMs in outrageous colours such as gold or apple green sheen. They are like the Hold Mes in that they are such a simple style and you can see the fuschia linining, so it makes a bright leather pop!!!

I don't have one yet, but I've been dreaming about one for a long time! I agree that the matte leathers would be gorgeous in this style, in particular the choco matte.
I would love to get a SM bespoke going!!! |

SM Petrol Matte bespoke anyone?? Or I'd be open to any matte but dark grey (already have) and tan.

The SM is such an easy style to use! I've gotten alot of compliments on my black crash the few times I've taken it out. I'm only 5'1" but it it drapes nicely so it doesn't feel huge.
I regret selling my medium size ones but I really wanted to try out the regular size and I couldn't keep more than one. I wish I could have one in every BE leather! I love simple yet unique bags and the SM fits the bill. |

I just got a bespoke SMM in the new dark green crash leather with the purple silk interior. Wanted to add an exterior zippered pocket but Jackie said the size of the bag wouldn't accommodate it. She's a real beauty but I really need the full size bag. Oh well. Once I get the funds together, I'll order the bigger one.
