^^^ I think that is an excellent idea. I would be reluctant to buy another BE without seeing it first. It would be useful to check out the styles and colours irl. This is especially important if you are going for a bespoke (I know you wont be able to see the exact one, but you will be able to be more sure on the style and colour prior to purchase).

Hi. I was just at Charlie and Sam in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on Grand Street and they had a great selection of BE bags. A bunch of metallic colors... i'm sure they would ship if you're not in the area.

WOW! Just popping in from the Hayden Harnett forum. THANK YOU for explaining some of these things that I was afraid to ask about!

Hi girls!
I'm new to the world of BE (I'm usually over at the RM forum) and after seeing a Hug Me in real life, I HAD to have one! So, I went on to BE's website and did a BEC. I thought I read that it takes somewhere from 4-6 weeks, but I ordered it the 11th of November, it went into production today and is expected to be done by the 20th. Is this normal?? I'm used to RM's special orders, which usually take about 12 weeks, so I was really shocked that it could even be done in 4-6. |

for group bespokes it can take that long (even some individual) but for the most part I think the BE coutures are relatively quick.... the season/workload plays into it and I think the 4-6 week is just to cover them in case it takes too long.
Which hug me did you get? Share pics when it arrives :) |
