Do you have a pic of a swatch? IS this a slouchy leather?

^^No, no pix or swatch. Just what I see online at the BE website... The Hold Me is structured so that almost whatever leather you use...slouches.
I have a black pebbled TME Midi and it is slouching beautifully! Buttery, pebbley, thick, slouchy. Really CLASSY. The Root looks this nice too. |

I owned a choco matte HM for a brief period and it wasnt that slouchy, whereas my pewter crash HM is more shapeless...
PS Do you think we could talk Jackie into the free AP offer in order to boost bespokes in tPF??? (Just an evil thought) |

So Maria, why did you sell your choco Hold Me...just didn't like? Didn't work for you? Didn't you have a Stroke Me, as well? And a TME in grey? Are these all gone now?

I'd like a root something since I don't have a root something. And I don't have a Hold Me. Is this a new bespoke?

I also sold my choco Stroke Me and i sometimes miss this bag. It was a nice workhorse. The DG TME had to go because it looked too plain. And i just sold a DG LMMidi because it wasnt ME... None of my BEs have been keepers except for the pewter crash Hold Me and my beloved choco matte AP. I think this root pebbled leather would look great in a hold me since it has a bit more character than choco matte (which i love, but in more elaborated styles). I wonder whether Jackie could offer ORANGE linings for this bespoke... It'd be a smashing combination, wouldnt it??? |

^^^Interesting...you really know yourself vis a vis what you want in a handbag. Is there indeed an orange lining? I think the Choco Stroke Me is one of the best handbags there is. I have a Stroke Me Midi that I used all summer in Taupe -- which is an amazing color. I also think a root Stroke Me would be good.

^I wish i knew better... i cant usually see any of the bags i purchase before i do, so i usually end up making very expensive mistakes. I am slowly getting better, though...
What would be the time frame for this bespoke? I think a maxi root Hold Me would be so practical for a mom on the go like me! |

I was thinking about what you said about the TME in grey being boring for you. I can see that. I have the TME Midi in pebbled black, and the leather def makes the bag. For some reason, the Stroke Me works in a simple leather.
I was thinking Christmas delivery for a root Hold Me. But we have to find 6 others...! LADIES, WHERE ARE YOU????? |

I see Cornflower Blue is off to determine which of her new pendants she could sell to pay for this gorgeous bag... That's so sensible of you!
Bonnie should be in for this one as well?

That said I do ADORE the matte leather in my travel set and in the WTM style. It's funny how a style paired with a cetain leather can make all the difference! |
