i think we already have the 10% off and we should try to talk jackie into reintroducing the free AP perk as well... bespokes here arent moving... there hasnt been one for weeks now...

As easy as it is to find the various bespokes on the website, they were so much more fun here. If you look at the list of bespokes on the website you'll see some of them don't have but ONE person interested. It was all the talking-up, and seeing the list grow, and deciding lining colors and such that got us to order bags we never realized we wanted. And I have to wonder if trying to get Jackie to give us free Angels again is fair? I mean, if she'll give me one, I'll take it! But wasn't it just a short while ago that she made that offer and honored it? I don't know the first thing about business, but I have to wonder if maybe she lost revenue or just broke even when she gave away all the matching Angels? Again, NOT saying I wouldn't be the first in line for a freebie, but sometimes I try to decide if Jackie wonders if we'll buy her bags only if we get a free gift.

I think i would go for non-lined handles if orange was an option for linings...

Hi Ladies,
Just received an answer from Rose. She says "10% off BEC price, and to add on the cost of leather lined handles if you want or not. No free Angel Purse."

Now, my question is: shouldn't the price be 10% off the regular stock price? Because that was the point of a group bespoke -- and not 10% off the BEC price, which is higher? Also, she is checking on the ability for some to have leather lined handles and others not. Back to you later.

THIS JUST IN.

Hello ladies!

Good news - we ARE able to have part of the group with leather lined handles and part without. Yay!!!

However, everything else would have to be the same and we need one lining colour. If that was a sticking point I could ask them to do two, but they might say no on a group order now. Rules have changed slightly as group orders were extremely difficult for our atelier (group orders began as 8 of the exact same bag and ended up with 8 individual ones after BEC launched because I kept giving in to requests). We have had to reign that in because those kind of groups just didn’t work for any of us financially or time-wise.

I would personally recommend pink with root.

Since there is not much hardware that won’t be an issue, but I would recommend brass.

We never gave 10% AND an , it was either/or. Also, apart from when we made a mistake on the last orders, the Hold Me bag was always excluded from the complimentary AP because it was only on bags over $500.

If we gave 10%, free shipping and an AP on a Hold Me bag, the high production cost would mean that we would actually be paying for you to purchase our handbags, which is clearly not beneficial to anyone! But there is never any harm in asking of course.

I am a bit bummed that we should all choose the same lining... although i agree with jackie that fucsia would be best...
Jackie's last point is fair, specially for a bag under 500 bucks...
Do we have pics of a Maxi Hold Me with slouchy base?

Root pebbled would be perfect in the harsh Irish winter, wouldnt it???
