I haven't placed my deposit yet. I am awaiting delivery of my first BE bag (should be in next week or so) to be 100% sure of things. I don't think this is a problem since we are so far out from delivery.

There's still time to join this group bespoke! We've all chosen August for delivery, so the bespoke has awhile to go. I would say the deadline to get your deposits in would be June-ish.
Simply use BE Couture on the website to customize your bag and place your deposit. Choose Aug 3rd as the earliest delivery date and make sure to state in the messages field that you are part of a group bespoke. BE will apply the special group pricing for you if you do this. If you do decide to join us and place your deposit, please add your name and note that you've placed your deposit in the list below so that we are all updated on the progress of this group bespoke.  1. ali1 - flexible - Deposit placed 2. charliefarlie - Deposit placed 3. sgreg - flexible - Deposit placed (yay!) 4. Yay etalb1111! We are nine strong. A TME w/ gold hw and red lining sounds gorgeous. I believe Loquita's ordering the same. It's amazing how many people are requesting corners. I'm a relatively new convert to BE and hadn't noticed that some came with and some came without corners, but with all of the photos I've seen, the corners do make a difference in the overall look. All of these bags will look wonderful when we finally receive them.
etalb1111, are you referring to the 'hidden' pocket inside when you refer to the extra pocket? Or another little extra? ehhhh I'd better check what i ordered - I think i've asked for the removable pocket that creates two sections! I was thinking about another zip on the outside too - as i think the gold hardware is just so lovely - i'm going to have a think about it and maybe add it before the week is out! I really do think the corners make a difference - they seem to round the bag off a bit!
If i wanted the bag earlier is that possible - do i just change the date as i see some of you guys are flexible on the date? its my first BE and its very exciting. |

Everybody in the group bespoke has to have the same delivery date, otherwise you won't be considered to be part of the group bespoke. I believe August was the only month that everybody could agree on.
If you wish to receive it earlier or later, you can do an individual bespoke for it, but then you'll have to pay the BE Couture price. The group bespokes pay the stock price - 10%. My account currently shows the group bespoke as going into production on 09 July 2009, keeping in mind that this can change at any moment and is not always accurate. If BE receives the bags earlier than August, I'm sure they would be able to send it to you when they receive it. |
